Vehicle Registration. Contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements of Fort Xxxxxxx USAIC Regulation No. 190-5, Motor Vehicle Traffic Regulation, in effect during performance of this contract. All Contractor-owned and/or operated vehicles as well as privately owned vehicles of contractor’s employees operated on the installation shall be registered within ten (10) working days of employment by making application to the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Vehicle Registration Section on DA Form 3626, VEHICLE REGISTRATION/DRIVER RECORD. Evidence of vehicle ownership and vehicle liability insurance must be presented upon application for vehicle registration. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure compliance on the part of its employees with this requirement
Vehicle Registration. Buyer agrees to use its commercially reasonable efforts to file promptly the appropriate vehicle title applications and registrations to change the name of the titled owner on each vehicle title certificate and change the motor vehicle registration (with respect to license plate information) on each vehicle being transferred to Buyer from Seller pursuant to this Agreement. Vehicle Registration a. All tenants that are eligible for parking SHALL register their vehicle with the UE Management office upon moving into the building and thereafter whenever the tenant changes vehicles for whatever reason that may be. Any vehicle registered with UE Management shall be for the exclusive use of the tenant.

Upon completion of vehicle registration in the TSP Software, Ryder may but is not required to make LP vehicles available for viewing by BMCs even if such vehicles are not designated as available by an LP. Ryder may provide information about LP registered vehicles participating in the TSP Program to BMCs even if such vehicles are not designated as available for purposes of marketing and soliciting BMC participation in the TSP.
