Vehicle Operation. Prior to operating any County vehicle an employee must provide Risk Management with a copy of his/her valid driver's license at the level required by the State DMV for legal operation of that vehicle. The employee must immediately notify their department and Risk Management of any action against that license and/or of any moving violations incurred while on County business.
