Vehicle Maintenance Program. Contractor’s vehicle maintenance program shall be designed and conducted so as to achieve the highest standards of reliability appropriate to a modern emergency ambulance service. The Contractor will maintain ambulances and equipment to the manufacturer’s service maintenance schedule. 1. At its cost, Contractor shall maintain all ambulances. Vehicles shall be kept in excellent working condition at all times. Any ambulance with any deficiency that compromises, or may compromise, its performance, shall be immediately removed from service.
