Vehicle Licence. 9.1 If the operator of a private hire vehicle transfers their interest in that vehicle, they must notify our Licensing Section within 14 days of the transfer, by supplying the name and address of the person who they have transferred the private hire vehicle to.

Vehicle Licence. It is a condition of employment that employees hold a current, valid and suitable Australian driver’s license and a current, valid heavy truck licence (exceptions are those engaged to work only in an asphalt plant or undertaking training with the intention to gain this license within 3 months of commencement). If any of these licenses are suspended or cancelled, the employee must notify the Company immediately. The Company reserves the right to dismiss an employee who loses their license. Failure to advise the Company in writing of suspension or cancellation will be considered a serious breach of conduct and may result in termination of employment.

Vehicle Licence. ENERGEX will reimburse fees for obtaining and maintaining currency of the relevant drivers licences where such a licence is an essential requirement of an employee’s position profile, in accordance with the following: a.
