Common use of Vehicle Identification Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Identification. Contractor's name, local telephone number, and a unique vehicle identification number designated by Contractor for each vehicle shall be prominently displayed on all vehicles, in letters and numbers no less than three (3) inches high. Contractor shall not place the City's logo on its vehicles.
