VARIATIONS TO THE SERVICES. 3.1 The Council reserves the right on giving reasonable written notice at any time to require changes to the Services (including by way of the removal of elements of the Services, the addition of new services, or increasing or decreasing the Services or specifying the order in which the Services are to be performed or the locations where the Services are to be provided) for any reasons whatsoever provided however that such variation does not amount to a fundamental change. Such a change is hereinafter called "a Variation".
VARIATIONS TO THE SERVICES. 2.1 Each Party will be entitled to request to the other Party additional services and/or changes to the Services. The terms and conditions of any additional Services and/or any changes to the Services shall be agreed in writing in good faith, from time to time, between the project managers of the Parties.
VARIATIONS TO THE SERVICES. 8.1 CSL shall be entitled at any time for operational reasons to change the codes or the numbers allocated to you or the technical specification of the Services, provided that where possible any change to the technical specification does not materially affect the performance of the Services and/or to change the way it provides the Services if the Communication Provider or Third Party Service Provider changes the way they provide services to CSL.

VARIATIONS TO THE SERVICES. 4.1 If the Council proposes a variation to the scope of the Services by issuing to the Consultant a written notice to that effect, the Consultant must respond with a proposal for implementation of the variation including a price quotation, and must negotiate in good faith to agree on the price and other terms applicable to the variation
VARIATIONS TO THE SERVICES. Council may at any time but not unreasonably, by written notice require the Contractor to vary the nature, scope or timing of the Services and the Contractor shall comply with such request without prejudice to this Agreement. Where any such variation is required the parties shall negotiate in good faith the adjustment (if any) to the time for completion and to the remuneration payable to the Contractor to reflect any increase or decrease in costs incurred by the Contractor as a consequence of the variation. The adjustment to the remuneration, whether negative or positive, shall include a reasonable allowance for profit. The Contractor shall not commence work on the variation without Council’s consent and written agreement between the parties to the varied remuneration and the time for completion.
VARIATIONS TO THE SERVICES. Subject to clause 3.6, either party may propose reasonable variations or additions to the services by notice in writing to the other. SGC Facilities Management will be entitled to make a reasonable adjustment to the charges as a result of any proposed variation. The customer and SGC Facilities Management shall negotiate in good faith with a view to agreeing any proposed variations and adjustments to the charges.

The Council may order a Variation to the Services, in writing, or may ask the Consultant to propose a Variation to the Services, the impact of which on the cost, programme and completion date for the Services shall be agreed as in 7.2. Where the Consultant notifies the Council under clause 2.1 that any direction or circumstance should be treated as a Variation, the Council shall as soon as practicable after receiving such notice, but within 10 Working Days, notify the Consultant in writing whether or not it considers the direction or other circumstances to be a Variation. Where the value of the Variation cannot practicably be agreed between the Parties prior to the Variation works commencing, the Parties shall agree in writing to a budget for the Variation works that shall not be exceeded without further agreement in writing between the Parties.
