Variations of Terms. 25.1 The Bank may from time to time change the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Subject to the requirements of statute, notification of any such change shall be given to the Cardholder by the Bank either in writing or by publication thereof. Such changes shall apply to all unpaid finance charges, fees, Cash Advances, costs and Card Transactions.
Variations of Terms. 14.1 Any changes or additions to the assignment or the terms of this agreement must be agreed in writing by (Party B) and (Party A).

FGB reserves the right, solely and in its discretion, to amend the terms and conditions applicable to the Services as set out in this Agreement and the fees payable hereunder at any time provided that it will endeavour, but shall not be obliged, to give to you at least seven (7) days prior notice of the effective date of each such variation unless this is not reasonably practicable under the then given circumstances. In the event of the variation resulting in increased fees or charges, you shall be entitled to discontinue further use of the Services by giving notice of termination pursuant to clause 26 hereof.

It is hereby expressly agreed and declared by the Parties hereto that notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Agreement to the contrary, the provisions and terms of this Agreement may at time to time be varied or amended by means of an exchange of letters or such other means as the parties may agree from time to time in writing and executed by the Parties and thereupon such amendments and variations shall be deemed to have been amended or varied accordingly and shall be read and construed as if such amendments and variations have been incorporated into and had formed part of this Agreement at the time of execution hereof.

ORL has not entered into, agreed to or undertaken any obligation (whether or not legally binding) to alter the rates of remuneration of or to make any bonus or incentive payments or any benefits in kind or any payments under a profit sharing scheme or pension arrangement to or on behalf of any of any Transferring Employees at any future date.
Variations of Terms. 12.1 The bank reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions (including without limitation to revise Fees and Charges imposed hereunder) company or the Cardmember(s) in any manner publication or such alteration in such places as the bank deems appropriate). The company or the Cardmember(s) will be deemed to have accepted without reservation such alteration upon using the Card after the date Cardmember(s) do not accept such alteration, the Card must be returned to the bank for cancellation before the date upon which such alteration is to take effect.
