VARIATION ORDERS. From time to time it may be necessary to amend an Order Form due to Service requirements changing. Under such circumstances the change will be presented to the Client that lays out the changes in the following areas: i. Scope of Service ii. Explanation of why the change is being undertaken iii. Integration with other aspects of Service, considering the Client, the Supplier and third parties. In the event that the Client manages the third parties then the Client is responsible for ensuring that the third party is in agreement with the change iv. Technical design (if applicable)
