Variance in Purchase Order Clause Samples

In practice, this clause allows for minor adjustments in the number of goods delivered or the exact specifications, often within a set percentage above or below the ordered amount. Its core function is to provide flexibility in fulfilling orders, accommodating practical realities in manufacturing or supply, and preventing disputes over small discrepancies.
