Common use of Variable Advance Clause in Contracts

Variable Advance. Lender agrees to make Variable Advances to Borrower in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Master Agreement. Future Advances may be made pursuant to Section 2.02(c)(2) (Future Advances). Pursuant to the terms of Section 2.10(a) (Conversion from Variable Note to Fixed Note), Borrower may convert a Variable Note to a Fixed Note.
