Common use of Vandalism Clause in Contracts

Vandalism. Vandalism of UNIT and/or PROPERTY (with reference to both the room, UNIT, and all Common Areas) will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate minimum fine of $100 in addition to the costs of repair to the vandalized property being passed on to TENANT.
