VALUATION, CONTRIBUTIONS AND STRUCTURE. For all purposes of this Agreement, the Parties hereby agree and undertake to carry out the Business in accordance with the valuation, contributions and structure indicated below, which shall be considered as a single, unique and indivisible whole.
