Common use of Validity and Termination Clause in Contracts

Validity and Termination. 1. Either the Union or Switzerland may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other Party of its decision. The Agreement shall cease to apply three months after the date of such notification. Projects and activities in progress at the time of termination shall continue according to the conditions laid down in this Agreement. The Parties shall settle by mutual agreement any other consequences of termination.
