You acknowledge that Oracle\u2019s ability to provide you with Integration Validation Assistance is dependent on your timely cooperation including, but not limited to, your providing Oracle with access to your application and other resources including a non-production instance of your application and the applicable Oracle application available on your network. Integration Validation Assistance is a \u201cservice\u201d as defined in the Agreement.
