Valid Medical Reason. Valid medical reason" means:
Valid Medical Reason. A. A written prescription or an oral prescription reduced to writing, which satisfies the requisites of Minnesota Statute §152.11, and names the Employee as the person for whose use it is intended; B. The drug was prescribed, administered and dispensed in the course of professional practice by or under the direction and supervision of a licensed doctor, as described in Minnesota Statute §152.12; C. The drug was used in accordance with terms of the prescription; or, D. Over-the-counter medication was used in accordance with terms of the product's directions.
