Common use of Vaccination and Inoculation Clause in Contracts

Vaccination and Inoculation. Any employee refusing, without sufficient medical grounds, to take medical or x-ray examination at the request of the Employer, or to undergo vaccination, inoculation and other immunization when required, may be dismissed from the service of the Employer. Where an employee is required by the Employer to take a medical or x-ray examination or undergo vaccination, inoculation or other immunization, the Employer shall provide reasonable expense and where necessary, reasonable time off with pay. In addition to the above, the Employer agrees to provide in-service training for all employees working with AIDS residents/clients.
