Vacation Time. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per calendar year. Such vacation may not be taken in any greater than two (2) consecutive week increments. Vacation not used by the Executive during the calendar year shall be forfeited. Compensation for unused vacation time shall be paid to the Executive on the Date of Termination, as defined herein.
