Common use of VACATION SELLBACK Clause in Contracts

VACATION SELLBACK. Fire Department shift employees may sellback up to three, 24-hour vacation days per year. Vacation sellback shall be completed no later than December 31 of the calendar year in which the vacation time was scheduled. Vacation hours once sold back cannot be reversed. Bargaining unit members assigned to a 40-hour work week, are eligible to sellback up to 2 vacation days
