Common use of Vacation Schedule Clause in Contracts

Vacation Schedule. Employees shall submit their vacation requests to the Department Head/appropriate Supervisor prior to April 1 of each year. The Xxxx/appropriate Administrator shall, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the vacation plan from the Department Head/Supervisor, approve the vacation plan or discuss alternate dates. Should the College fail to respond within this period, the employee's vacation plans shall be considered approved.
