Common use of Vacation Preference Clause in Contracts

Vacation Preference. Use of vacation accruals is by mutual agreement between the employee and the supervisor and preference of vacation shall be given to employees according to their seniority in their department as reasonably as possible unless otherwise provided in the supplemental sections of this Memorandum of Understanding.

Vacation requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
