Common use of Vacation Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation Leave. The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave and paid annual vacation in accordance with policies established from time to time by the Employer. In addition to paid vacations and other leave, the boards of directors may grant the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the boards of directors may determine.

Vacation Leave. The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave and paid annual vacation (of at least four weeks of vacation) in accordance with policies established from time to time by the EmployerBank. In addition to paid vacations and other leave, the boards board of directors may grant the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the boards board of directors may determine.

Vacation time must be taken during the calendar year in which it is accrued and may be carried over into succeeding calendar years or paid out to the Executive in accordance with the policies of the Company. The Executive shall take his vacation at a reasonable time or times taking into consideration the needs of the Company.

In addition to paid vacations and other leave, the boards board of directors may grant the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the boards board of directors of the Corporation may determine.

In addition to paid vacations and other leave, the boards board of directors may grant the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the boards board of directors may determine.

The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave and paid annual vacation (of at least 25 days total paid time off per year) in accordance with policies established from time to time by the EmployerBank. In addition to paid vacations and other leave, the boards board of directors may grant the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the boards board of directors may determine.
