Common use of Vacation Leave Requests Clause in Contracts

Vacation Leave Requests. All vacation leaves shall be taken at such times as may be approved by member’s superior officer. Vacation leave requests must be submitted to the member’s superior officer at least two (2) weeks prior to the effective date. Requests may be submitted with less lead-time and may be approved at the discretion of the superior officer. It is the member’s responsibility to make contact and confirm the request for vacation has been approved.
