Vacation Leave Requests. If an employee desires to take vacation leave the employee must submit a written request to the Institution. The Institution shall review the request and approve or deny the request based on operating needs. If two (2) or more employees request the same time period and the matter can not be resolved the matter will be resolved through Article 32, Section 10(d) of the Agreement.

Vacation Leave Requests. Vacation time shall be approved by the Chief 2 and shall be taken at no less than one (1) hour at a time for up to eighty (80) hours, provided 3 notice is given seven (7) days in advance and scheduling changes from the posted 4 schedule will not result in any additional wage expense to the Employer. Vacation Leave Requests. All vacation leaves shall be taken at such times as may be approved by the President & CEO or designee. Leaving a message during off-hours will not guarantee the request will be approved. It is the responsibility of the employee to make contact and confirm the request for unscheduled vacation has been approved.
