Vacation Leave Days. The Superintendent shall receive twenty-nine (29) working days of paid vacation leave (exclusive of holidays) each fiscal year. The days shall vest on the first day of the contract each year during the Term of this Agreement. The Superintendent may accumulate unused vacation leave and carry same over to the following fiscal year. Upon termination or expiration of his emp1oymcnt as Superintendent under this Agreement, SBBC shall pay the Superintendent the value of his unused and accumulated vacation leave days subject to limitations imposed by Florida law and School Board policies. In the event of his death during the term of this Agreement, SBBC shall pay to the Superintendent's personal representative the value of his wrnscd and accumulated vacation leave days within thirty (30) days of his demise. In order to provide essential services to the District, the Superintendent may not be able to use all of his earned vacation in a year and/or may be unab1e to schedule vacation at a desirable time. In consideration of such circumstances, at the Superintendent's election, the District annually on June 30 shall pay the First Amcmlmcnt 10 Supcri111e11dent•� Employmc111 Agrccmcnl Robc11 W. Runcic-2013 Superintendent for up to JO vacation days to be computed at 1/244 of the Superintendent's current base salary for each vacation day.

Vacation Leave Days. In addition to the personal leave days granted to other employees of the District, the Superintendent shall accrue an additional 15 vacation leave days annually, which he may take at his choice when not interfering with urgent duties. The days may be taken in a single period or at different times as will least interfere with the performance of his regular duties for the District. The Superintendent may carry over a maximum of five vacation leave days from one year to the next, but shall at no time accrue, in the aggregate, more than 20 vacation days. The Superintendent shall notify the Board President of the days he takes as vacation.
Vacation Leave Days. The Interim Superintendent shall receive and accumulate vacation leave at the rate of (1.5) days per month.

  • Vacation Leave A part-time employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each month in which the employee receives pay for at least twice the number of hours in the employee’s normal workweek, at the rate for years of service established in clause 34.02 of this Agreement, prorated and calculated as follows:

  • Vacation Leave Maximum Employees may accumulate maximum vacation leave balances not to exceed two hundred and forty (240) hours. However, there are two (2) exceptions that allow vacation leave to accumulate above the maximum:

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Sick Leave Days Subject to paragraphs d) i-vi below, permanent full-time Teachers will be allocated eleven (11) sick days at one hundred percent (100%) salary in each school year. Teachers who are less than full-time shall have their sick leave allocation pro-rated.

  • Annual Vacation Leave 33.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.

  • VACATION LEAVE WITH PAY 14.01 The vacation year shall be from April 1st of one calendar year to March 31st of the following calendar year inclusive.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.
