Common use of Vacation Flexibility Clause in Contracts

Vacation Flexibility. Other than in the first incomplete calendar year, as of January 1, each employee shall have one full calendar year's vacation entitlement available to her/him to take within that calendar year. This time of vacation is to be determined by mutual agreement between the department and the individual employee.
