Vacation Carry Over. Accrued vacation earned in one payroll year shall be used prior to the end of the last payroll period ending in December of the following year or it shall be transferred to the Vacation Bank, if possible. If all or a portion of such transfer is not permitted under the terms of this contract that portion shall be lost.
