Common use of Vacation and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Sick Leave. Employee shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of vacation per annum during the Employment Term, to be taken at such times as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Employee. The Employee shall be entitled to one (1) week of sick leave per annum during the Employment Term.

Vacation and Sick Leave. A. The Employee shall be entitled to a total of three (3) weeks of vacation per annum for each year in which he works at least 1,950 hours (including vacation hours) for the Company. Vacation leave shall accrue during the Employment Term, to be taken at such times as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Employeework year. Employee You shall be entitled to accrue up to three (3) weeks of paid vacation per annum during each year of employment under this Agreement plus sick leave on the Employment Term, to be taken at such times same basis as may be mutually agreed upon by all other executives of the Company in accordance with the terms and Employee. The Employee shall be entitled to one (1) week conditions of the vacation and sick leave per annum during policies of the Employment TermCompany.

The Employee shall be entitled to one five (15) week days of paid sick leave per annum year, during the Employment Termterm hereof, prorated for any portion of a year to the date of termination. The timing and duration of any vacation shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Company, in its discretion.

During Professional's initial and last years of employment, this entitlement to vacation/sick leave shall be mutually agreed upon prorated for any portion of the calendar year Professional is not employed by the Company and Employee. The Employee shall be entitled to one (1) week of sick leave per annum during the Employment TermCompany.
