Common use of Vacation and Holidays Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Holidays. Executive shall be entitled to five (5) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year (prorated in any calendar year during which Executive is employed for less than the entire year based on the number of days in such calendar year in which Executive was employed). Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays and personal days provided by the Company for its key management employees under the Company’s personnel policy as then effective. Unused vacation shall not carry over to the following year unless specifically approved by the Company.

Vacation and Holidays. Executive shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with the Company's vacation policy in effect from time to time for its executive officers, but not less than five (5) weeks of paid vacation per in each full calendar year (prorated in any calendar year during which Executive is employed for less than the entire year based on the number of days in such calendar year in which Executive was employed)year. Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays and personal days provided given by the Company to its senior officers. Vacation days that are not used during any calendar year may not be accrued, nor shall Executive be entitled to compensation for its key management employees under the Company’s personnel policy as then effective. Unused unused vacation shall not carry over to the following year unless specifically approved by the Companydays.

The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays and take time off for illness or personal days provided by the Company for its key management employees under the Company’s personnel policy as then effective. Unused vacation emergencies, which shall not carry over to the following year unless specifically approved by the Companybe counted as vacation days.

Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays and personal days sick time provided by the Company for its key management employees officers under the Company’s personnel holiday and sick time policy as then effective. Unused vacation shall not carry over to the following year unless specifically approved by the Companyin effect at such time.

Executive shall be entitled to five fully paid vacation time of four (54) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year (prorated in any calendar year during which Executive is employed for less than the entire year based on the number of days in such calendar year in which Executive was employed)year. In addition, Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays and personal days provided by the Company for its key management employees under the Company’s personnel policy as then effectiveregular holiday schedule. Unused Executive may not carryover any vacation shall not carry over from one calendar year to the following next and any unused vacation as of December 31st of each year unless specifically approved shall be forfeited. All vacation accrued by Executive through December 31, 2010 shall be paid to Executive, at Company’s option, in cash or with common stock of the Company.
