Vacation and. All regular members with five (5) or more years of continuous service will be entitled to three (3) weeks (blocks for those working the Schedule) of annual vacation with pay. Vacation and ea Employees who have missed in total over a month of scheduled work due to an of layoff approved leave of absence leave or Accident during the vacation r may be paid out any vacation entitlement minus for the mandatory weeks in rather than schedule the time off work. One week notice is required for payout under this clause. In addition employees who have met their mandatory three weeks may request vacation payout for hardship reasons rather than schedule the time off work. Such requests must be approved by the Manager.
