Common use of Vacating the Premises Clause in Contracts

Vacating the Premises. 13.1 If you vacate the Premises, this Agreement will end from the date you do so. If you are vacating the Premises, you must notify us at least 4 Business Days beforehand and must provide your forwarding address to us for your final bill for the Premises. We will arrange for your meter to be read at the time agreed with you or as soon as possible after if your meter cannot be accessed then.
