VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS. A. In the event of a vacancy or a new position in the clerical, para-professional or secretarial area, the Superintendent's Office will post the position for seven (7) business days. Also, the L.F.S.S.A. Chairperson will be notified in writing of the vacancy or new clerical position. Any employee covered by this Agreement may apply in writing for the position and have a personal interview upon request. Consideration will be given to each applicant. If, in the judgment of the Administration, a qualified candidate is not available in the system, the Administration reserves the right to hire from outside the system.
