Common use of Utility Work Clause in Contracts

Utility Work. Any work performed by or on behalf of Tenant or any occupant or sublessee to connect to, repair, relocate, maintain or install any storm drain, sanitary sewer, water line, gas line, telephone conduit or any other public utility service shall be performed so as to minimize interference with the provision of such services to other occupants and users of the Berkeley Marina.
