Common use of Utility Expenses Clause in Contracts

Utility Expenses. Utility Expenses" shall mean all of City's expenses with respect to the Building for electricity, natural gas, water and sewer, storm water and any other service provided which is generally considered a utility service for the benefit of users of the Building in general. “Utility Expenses” specifically excludes cable television, telephone, computer and data transmission expenses.
