Utility Agreement. “Utility Agreement” means an agreement between the Authority and the Facility Owner, authorizing and providing for the performance of specific work and/or services and/or the purchase of materials and equipment.
Utility Agreement. For each Relocation, Authority and Facility Owner shall enter into a project specific Utility Agreement setting forth, among other things, scope of work, schedule, cost, cost apportionment, billing, payment, documentation, documentation retention, accounting and coordination as it relates to Facility Work. Format of the Utility Agreement and its content shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

Any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Tariff shall be resolved in favor of the Tariff.

Utility Agreement. On Stage shall have finalized the form and substance of a written agreement with White River Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. respecting the easement located under a portion of the Country Tonite Theatre, which agreement must be reasonably acceptable to On Stage.
Utility Agreement. 1.1. The District agrees to install 432, 3/4” meters, or as many as can be installed for $475,000 within the Project Area under this Agreement, subject to the following conditions: 1.1.1.
