Common use of Usufruct Clause in Contracts

Usufruct. This Lease creates only the relationship of landlord and tenant between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Lessee, and no estate in land shall pass out of Lessor. Lessee shall have only a usufruct, not subject to levy and sale and not assignable in whole or in part by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ except as specifically provided in this Lease.
