USPS Postage Rates Clause Samples

The USPS Postage Rates clause defines how shipping costs are determined based on the current rates set by the United States Postal Service. In practice, this means that any postage or shipping fees charged under the agreement will reflect the official USPS pricing at the time of shipment, regardless of future rate changes. This clause ensures transparency and fairness in shipping charges, preventing disputes over unexpected cost increases or outdated rate references.
