User Terms and Conditions. Terms and conditions applicable to your use of products, services, and materials made available to you by SCC, and, to the extent any such products, services, or materials are obtained by SCC from a third party vendor, the terms and conditions of the third party vendor that are applicable to your use of that third party vendor’s products, services, or materials; and
User Terms and Conditions. Travel Pass is a product enabling the Company to pay after completion of the travels and to use the Travel Pass number for travel with SAS and/or Partners. By using the Travel Pass number, the User approves these terms and conditions as applicable from time to time. SAS is entitled to change these terms and conditions at any time without obtaining prior approval from the Company or User. Use of the Travel Pass number The Travel Pass number shall be used for passenger service to available destinations (for details see xxx.xxxxxx.xxx) in accordance with the applicable conditions of carriage issued by SAS or, where applicable, Partner. SAS reserves the right to cancellations and adjustments to the traffic program. The Travel Pass number is personal and may only be used by the individual appointed as User by the Company. The right of use may not be assigned, transferred or advanced or in any way to be used by another than the appointed User. User undertakes: to store Travel Pass number and security code in a safe way, to, upon request, present Travel Pass number and valid form of identity, to report changed address information to immediately report to SAS any loss of the Travel Pass number or any suspected misuse of the Travel Pass number and to be jointly and severally liable with the Company for any damage caused by non-compliance of these Terms and Conditions. Validity SAS may declare the Travel Pass product void and/or block the Travel Pass number with immediate effect in the event of misuse of the Travel Pass number and/or non- compliant use non-payment or other default of the Company record of non-payment, insolvency or initiation of bankruptcy proceedings or involuntary liquidation of the Company Upon request by the Company and/or User Travel Information and marketing The Company is always entitled to receive information on travel with the Travel Pass without User’s prior approval. SAS may use e- mail and text messages (SMS) to communicate with the Company and the User. SAS may send promotional e-mails and SMS to the Company and the User concerning SAS’ and/or SAS business partners’ products and services. The User can at any time decline digital communication by contacting Corporate Support/Customer contact centre. Personal Data By using the Travel Pass number, User agrees to SAS registering and processing the User’s personal data and information on User’s travel in accordance with applicable law, the Agreement and these user terms and...

In compliance with federal law, the school shall make reasonable effort to restrict access to inappropriate materials and shall monitor the on-line activities of the end users in the school environment. ▪ User accounts are considered the property of the school district. Network administrators may review school computers to maintain system integrity and to insure that users are using the system responsibly. Users should not expect that anything stored on school computers or networks will be private.

Any unauthorized access to patient information through JeffCareLink is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access or use of JeffCareLink may result in termination of the Authorized User’s access to JeffCareLink, responsibility for any federal or state fines and penalties resulting from violating HIPAA or other Privacy Laws as well as potential disciplinary action by the Authorized User’s employer. EACH AUTHORIZED USER IS REMINDED THAT CERTAIN INFORMATION, INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE, MENTAL HEALTH, HIV/AIDS, OTHER SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES, AND GENETIC INFORMATION, IS HIGHLY SENSITIVE AND REQUIRES THE CONSENT OF THE PATIENT PRIOR TO MOST DISCLOSURES. Downloading or transmitting multi-player game, music, or video files using the school network. Vandalizing, damaging, or disabling property of the school or another individual or organization. Accessing another individual’s materials, information, or files without permission. Using the network or Internet for commercial, political campaign, or financial gain purposes. Developer acknowledges and agrees that users of the Offerings (“Users”) must be Health Gorilla account holders for a Health Gorilla Product in order to access and use such Health Gorilla Product through the Offerings.
