User Fees. You shall pay all fees as specified in the Order Forms. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, (i) fees are quoted and payable in GB Pounds, US dollars or Euros (ii) fees are based on Services purchased and not actual usage, (iii) payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iv) the value of subscriptions purchased cannot be decreased. User subscription fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof. Any additional services required by You that fall outside of the scope of the Services will be charged at the prevailing XTM day rate and will be confirmed with You prior to it being incurred.
