Common use of User Charges Clause in Contracts

User Charges. 1. Each Contracting Party shall not impose or permit to be imposed on the airlines designated by the other Contracting Party user charges higher than those imposed on its own airlines operating similar international services. 2. Those charges shall not be higher than the charges imposed upon aircraft of the designated airlines of each Contracting Party engaged in similar international services. 3. Such charges shall be just and reasonable and shall be based on sound economic principles.
