Common use of Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services Clause in Contracts

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CBB under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CBB as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CBB for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CBB’s own use) must be purchased by CBB pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by CBB BLC under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by CBB BLC as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CBB BLC for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CBBBLC’s own use) must be purchased by CBB BLC pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by CBB CBAD for other purposes (including, but not limited to, CBBCBAD’s own use) must be purchased by CBB CBAD pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.
