Use of Updates. Licensee will be entitled to install and use Updates up to the number of licenses for which Licensee has purchased Maintenance for the Maintained Software. Use of Updates is subject to the terms of the end user license agreement provided with the Update; if no such agreement is included with an Update, the end user license agreement for the most recent Service Pack, Minor Version or Major Version shall apply.

Use of Updates. Licensee's use of any Updates provided by GMC as part of Maintenance Services shall be governed by all license limitations and restrictions, and all other terms and conditions of the Agreement. GMC may, upon thirty days prior written notice to Licensee, change the services included in Maintenance Services provided, any such change shall not materially or substantially decrease the service level commitments described in Exhibit C. Such changes will not become effective until acceptance and commencement of any renewal term.
Use of Updates. Licensee's use of any Updates provided by QUADIENT as part of Maintenance Services shall be governed by all license limitations and restrictions, and all other terms and conditions of the Agreement. QUADIENT may, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Licensee, change the services included in Support & Maintenance provided, any such change shall not materially or substantially decrease the service level commitments described in Exhibit B. Such changes will not become effective until acceptance and commencement of any renewal term.
Use of Updates. End User's use of any Updates provided by Service-Provider as part of the Services shall be governed by all limitations and restrictions, and all other terms and conditions of the End-User License Agreement. Service-Provider may, at is discretion, change at the end of each term for the next term the services included in the Services, effective as of the commencement of any renewal term with notice to the End-User.

  • Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.

  • Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes.
