Use of the Unit and of the building 6. 1 The buyer may not use the unit for any purpose other than residence for the purpose of housing 6.2 The Buyer shall be entitled to use the building Common Area in accordance with the Property Rules and Regulations and such additional rules as issued by the Seller or the operator of the building from time to time, which shall include but not be limited to rules relating to beaches, traffic, noise protection, sporting facilities, admission of guests and access.
