Use of the Gift. The Gift shall be used for any objective within the College’s mission, goal or purpose, without restriction. The Gift shall be used primarily for LSC-CyFair, LSC-Kingwood, LSC-Xxxxxxxxxx, LSC-North Xxxxxx, LSC-Tomball, LSC-University Park, LSC- Online, LSC-University Center, LSC-Corporate College , or . Use of the Gift. The Trophy will be retained by the University and the Award winner will receive a certificate from the University acknowledging their achievement.

In the event of a change in circumstances, such as the contingency that the townspeople vote not to fund the new Library or other circumstances that make such construction impossible, Donor hereby instructs the Trustees that any unspent portion of the Gift shall be used as follows (please initial one option):
