Use of the Centre allow the Shire of Cranbrook to have immediate use and access of the Frankland River Community Centre in the event of an emergency.
Use of the Centre. 1. The Government hereby agrees to make available to the Authority whenever necessary and upon request in writing at least 30 days in advance, the Jamaica Conference Centre (hereafter called “the Centre”), for the purpose of holding meetings, conferences, consultations, scheduled programmes and any other activities related to the functions of the Authority.
Use of the Centre. The Franchisee shall not use the Centre for any purpose other than for the operation of the Franchise Business during the working hours; in full compliance with this Agreement and the Operational Manual, unless prior approved in writing by the Franchisor.
Use of the Centre. 5.1 The Hirer shall not use the Centre for any purpose other than that described in the Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the Centre or allow the Centre to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the Centre anything which may endanger it or render invalid any insurance policies applying to it.
Use of the Centre. Use of the changing rooms is subject to the following rules and in the case of hirers, to certain standard conditions incorporated in this hiring agreement.
Use of the Centre. The Member will use The Centre only for the purpose stated in the Description of Event on the first page of this Agreement, and not for any other purpose without the Association’s prior written consent. The Event will take place on the Date of Event only during the Hours of Event stated above. The Association will have the right to charge additional rent for use of The Centre before the stated set-up time or after the stated ending time. The Member agrees that the Event and all guests at the Event will not interfere with other activities taking place at The Centre. The current list of items for member use are: 3 wooden tables, 14 wooden chairs, 12 conference chairs, 108 metal folding chairs, and 16 plastic banquet tables, and 4 cooler trays. No items will be removed from the walls. Pools and Fitness Center may not be reserved or used by guests of the Member during rental of the facility. Use of the Centre. Your membership gives you the right to use the centre facilities during normal opening hours on the terms of this Agreement. It does not cover additional costs like food or drink, special classes, sauna or personal training, which you must pay for separately. Use of the Centre. Use of the Centre is subject to the following rules and in the case of hirers, to certain standard conditions incorporated in the hiring agreement.
Use of the Centre. The Licensee must not: (a) use or allow the Centre to be used for any purpose other than the Permitted Use; (b) carry on or permit to be carried on at the Centre anything that is dangerous, noxious, noisome, offensive, illegal, immoral, noisy or is likely to harm the reputation of the Centre. MCET may refuse admission to or remove from the Centre any person whose behaviour is unsatisfactory or may be contrary to this Licence or the Law; (c) bring onto or remove from the Centre anything which is likely to damage the Centre or the property of any person or cause death or injury to any person in or around the Centre; (d) overload any part of the Centre beyond its maximum permitted loading; (e) use the Loading Dock without MCET’s Approval; (f ) install, use and remove any services, displays, cabling, equipment or other item without MCET’s Approval; (g) misuse connection fittings or equipment in or around the Centre; (h) access the Centre outside the Centre Hours without MCET’s Approval which Approval will not be unreasonably withheld and without paying any additional cost to MCET; and; (i) smoke or permit smoking inside the Centre. (B) GREEN STAR RATING The Licensee must comply with all MCET’s directions in relation to the environmental compliance of an Event with MCET’s sustainability requirements as outlined in the Operations Manual. The Licensee must not use or allow the Centre to be used in any manner which may reduce or impact on the green star rating of the Centre or any part of the Centre as set out in the Operations Manual or otherwise as notified by MCET from time to time. 3.8 (A)
