Common use of Use of Data Clause in Contracts

Use of Data. The Contractor will ensure against any unauthorized use, distribution or disclosure of or access to County Information and County networked resources by itself or its Designees. Use of County Information other than as specifically outlined in the Contract Documents is strictly prohibited. The Contractor will be solely responsible for any unauthorized use, reuse, distribution, transmission, manipulation, copying, modification, access to or disclosure of County Information and for any non-compliance with this provision by itself or by its Designees.

Use of Data. The Contractor will ensure against any unauthorized use, distribution or disclosure of or access to County Information and County networked resources by itself or its Designees. Use of County Information other than as specifically outlined in the Contract Documents is strictly prohibited. The Contractor will be solely responsible for any unauthorized use, reuse, distribution, transmission, manipulation, copying, modification, access to or disclosure of County Information and for any non-non- compliance with this provision by itself or by its Designees.

The Contractor will be solely responsible for any unauthorized use, reuse, distribution, transmission, manipulation, copying, modification, access to or disclosure of County Information to the extent directly caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Contractor and for any non-compliance with this provision by itself or by its Designees.

Use of Data. The Contractor will shall ensure against any unauthorized that the use, distribution or disclosure of or access to County Information and County networked resources by itself or its Designees(“use”) shall not occur in an unauthorized manner. Use of County Information other than as specifically outlined in the this Contract Documents is strictly prohibited, unless such other use is agreed to in writing by the parties. The Contractor will be solely responsible for any unauthorized use, reuse, distribution, transmission, manipulation, copying, modification, access to or disclosure of or access to County Information and for any non-compliance with this DATA SECURITY AND PROTECTION provision by itself or by its Designeesany NDA.
