The rules and regulations established by Landlord may include limitations 011 the hours during whieh Tenant may use the Common Areas for access to the Premises. Landlord reSerVeS the unrestr icted right. without the same constituting an eviction and without incuning any liability to Tenant therefore, to make changes in the Common Areas including, but not limited to. closing off, reducin g the size of, or eliminating all or a portion of the Common Areas or changing the an'angement, size, and or location of publ ic entrances . passageways, doors and walks. Landlord shall have the right to make such changes in the plan of the Building as Landlord deems necessary and, in rcspcct thereto, shall have the light to crecr addit ional sales areas. buildings. or structures. plamers. xxxxxx boxes, fountains, and other landscaping devices or features and shall have the right to pJace sales kiosks and erect promotional and other Signs withi n the Common Areas as Landlord may from time to time deem desirable so long as same does nor unreasonably interfere with Tenant's bus iness operat ions. USE OF COMMON. AREAS Tenant hereby agrees to use the parking lot for cars and/or trucks owned by the Tenants and their direct employees and customers. Vehicles, which are not being used in business for transportation on a regular basis, are not permitted to be stored in the parking lot. The Tenant will not encumber nor obstruct the building containing said premises in any manner and will keep the sidewalks free of rubbish and dirt. The tenant shall not place, or cause to be placed, anything, to include raw materials, merchandise, or vending machines, on the sidewalk or exterior of the premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Landlord may terminate this lease at any time during the term of the lease with sixty (60) days written notice to Tenant if Xxxxxx’s occupancy becomes a nuisance to other Tenant’s because of non-business like behavior, e.g. blocking of other Tenant’s loading doors or trashing common areas.
USE OF COMMON. Areas Tenant and its employees and invitees are, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Lease, authorized and privileged during the Term to use the Common Areas for their respective intended purposes in common with other persons.
USE OF COMMON. AREAS Tenant shall be entitled to use, in common with others entitled thereto, so much of the Common Areas as may be designated from time to time by the Landlord, subject, however to the terms and conditions of this Lease and to such rules and regulations for the use thereof as may be proscribed from time to time by Landlord.

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant's express or implied permission to abide by Landlord's rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord's judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.

  • Use of Marks To the extent one party’s Marks must be utilized by the other party in connection with the operation of a particular Component System or the Licensed Services related to the particular Component System: the Company hereby grants to BNYM a non-exclusive, limited license to use its Marks solely in connection with the Licensed Services provided by the Component System; BNYM hereby grants to the Company a non-exclusive, limited license to use its Marks solely in connection with the Licensed Services provided by the Component System; all use of Marks shall be in accordance with the granting party’s reasonable policies regarding the advertising and usage of its Marks as established from time to time; the Company hereby grants BNYM the right and license to display the Company’s Mark’s on applicable BNYM Web Applications and in advertising and marketing materials related to the BNYM Web Application and the Licensed Services provided by the relevant Component System; each party shall retain all right, title and interest in and to its Marks worldwide, including any goodwill associated therewith, subject to the limited license granted in this Section 4.5; use of the Marks hereunder by the grantee pursuant to this limited license shall inure to the benefit of the trademark owner and grantees shall take no action that is inconsistent with the trademark owner’s ownership thereof; each party shall exercise reasonable efforts within commercially reasonable limits, to maintain all on-screen disclaimers and copyright, trademark and service xxxx notifications, if any, provided to it by the other party in writing from time to time, and all “point and click” features relating to Authorized Persons’ acknowledgment and acceptance of such disclaimers and notifications; and a party shall immediately cease using another party’s Marks immediately upon termination of the Licensed Rights governing the relevant Component System.

  • Use of Name (a) The Sub-Adviser hereby consents to the use of its name and the names of its affiliates in the Fund’s disclosure documents, shareholder communications, advertising, sales literature and similar communications. The Sub-Adviser shall not use the name or any tradename, trademark, trade device, service xxxx, symbol or any abbreviation, contraction or simulation thereof of the Adviser, the Trust, the Fund or any of their affiliates in its marketing materials unless it first receives prior written approval of the Trust and the Adviser.

  • Use of Names The Manager and the Fund agree that the Manager has a proprietary interest in the names “DFA” and “Dimensional,” and that the Fund and/or Portfolio may use such names only as permitted by the Manager, and the Fund further agrees to cease use of such names promptly after receipt of a written request to do so from the Manager.

The Company has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the Company’s sole discretion. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself in any Communication Service. The Company does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, the Company specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized the Company spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of the Company. Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you upload the materials.
