Use of College Equipment. The Association is authorized to use College office and audiovisual equipment for legally permissible purposes, subject to availability. If there is a cost for such use, the costs shall be available prior to such use.

Use of College Equipment. The Association is authorized to use College office and media equipment, subject to availability and prior approval. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and labor, including the cost of all consumable supplies, incident to such use. The Vice President for Administrative Services/Finance of the College shall determine reasonable cost.
Use of College Equipment. The Union shall be allowed use of College office equipment as needed for duplication and distribution of information to employees only in accordance with Board policies regarding such matters as they apply to other non- College groups. It is understood that not all College office equipment is available for use by non-College groups and that available equipment typically has a rental charge. Use of College equipment under this section does not allow personal use by Union representatives or bargaining unit members. Approved use of College meeting rooms does not create a right to use any College equipment located in or around those rooms.

Use of College Equipment. The Federation shall have the right, with the permission of the Vice President of Business & Finance or his/her designee, to use on campus College typewriters, photocopy machines, calculating machines and audiovisual equipment, at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise required for College operation. Permission will be granted for the use of such equipment, provided a person trained and experienced in the use and operation of such equipment is in attendance. The Federation shall provide all materials and supplies incidental to such use. Access to photocopy equipment shall require use of a counter device and the Federation agrees to pay five (5) cents per copy made on College photocopying equipment. The Federation shall be responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or abuse of such equipment by the Federation.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENT (Applies only to Federally Funded Highway and Transit Projects) With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded highway projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 23 U.S.C. Section 313, 23 C.F.R. Section 635.410, as amended, and the Steel and Iron Preference provisions of Texas Transportation Code Section 223.045, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded transit projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 49 U.S.C. Section 5323(j)(1), 49 C.F.R. Sections 661.6 or 661.12, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs.

  • Ownership and Location of Metering Equipment The Metering Equipment to be constructed, the capability of the Metering Equipment to be constructed, and the ownership thereof, are identified on the attached Schedule C to this ISA.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space.
