USE AND LOCATION. 3.1 BidWare(R) shall not be used to connect with any server, on-line service, or any other system except as specifically provided or specified by FreeMarkets.
USE AND LOCATION. The Equipment shall be used exclusively for the manufacture of products sold by Lessee. Lessee shall maintain and operate the Equipment exclusively at the Premises and shall not remove the Equipment therefrom without the prior written consent of Lessor.

USE AND LOCATION. 1. The Employer agrees that adequate bulletin boards for the exclusive use of the Union shall be provided in factory buildings at locations agreed upon for the posting of the following types of Union notices and announcements: - Meetings - Elections - Welfare, recreational and social affairs - Appointment of Stewards and such other notices as may be mutually agreed upon between the Union and Human Resources.

Lessee shall use Leased Property only in the ordinary conduct of its business, operated by qualified employees adhering to instructions of the manufacturer applicable to operation, condition and maintenance of the Leased Property. Lessee shall obtain all permits and licenses necessary for the operation of the Leased Property and comply with all other applicable laws and regulations, Lessee shall not relocate Leased Property from its Installation Location, or part with possession or control of Leased Property, without Lessor's prior written consent. Lessee shall be responsible for all charges and expenses of such relocation. Lessor shall have the right to inspect Leased Property during normal business hours any time after delivery.

(b) ThinkRenta shall have the right to inspect the Furniture, Equipment, and Appliances at any reasonable time.
USE AND LOCATION. Lessee shall use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and in compliance with all laws, ordinances, regulations and insurance policy conditions in any way relating to the possession, use or maintenance of the Equipment. Unless the Equipment is of a type normally used at more than one location (such as vehicular equipment, construction machinery or the like), Lessee shall not remove the Equipment from the location designated in the applicable Schedule(s) without the prior written consent of Lessor. If an item of Equipment is of a type normally used at more than one location, Lessee shall not use the Equipment outside of the area designated in the applicable Schedule(s) without the prior written approval of Lessor. Lessee shall comply with any and all applicable environmental laws and will not use any hazardous substances with the Equipment. Lessee represents and warrants to Lessor that the Equipment is being leased and will be used solely for commercial or business purposes and will not be used for personal, family or household purposes.
USE AND LOCATION. The Lifeline equipment must only be used in accordance with the instructions supplied by The Council and at the location as supplied at the Installation address detailed on this Hire Agreement (or such other address agreed with The Council).
