USA Swimming Sample Clauses

The 'USA Swimming' clause establishes requirements or standards related to the governing body for competitive swimming in the United States. USA Swimming. USA Swimming shall provide LSC with certain insurance, including directors and officers, commercial general liability, non-owned automobile liability, bodily injury, personal injury, and abuse and molestation coverages in commercially reasonable amounts.
USA Swimming. In the event USA Swimming is decertified as the National Governing Body for the sport of swimming in the United States in accordance with the Act, LSC shall have the right to terminate this Agreement effective upon giving of notice to USA Swimming.
USA Swimming. USA Swimming represents and warrants that: (i) it has the authority to enter into Agreement and to provide to Athlete the benefits set forth herein; (ii) notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, it will not prevent athlete from using personal performance gear, as defined by the USOC, of his/her choice in competitions and training; (iii) nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Athlete from hiring or retaining an agent; and (iv) USA Swimming shall not use Athlete’s image in a manner that creates or implies an endorsement of a commercial product or service without Athlete’s prior consent.
