Urine Drug Screen. Testing is done under strict procedures (chain of custody), eliminating the chance for adulteration of urine samples studied. Testing is done by multiple test procedures at a reference laboratory, and confirmed by the most accurate testing methodologies currently available. This test shall be done for pre-employment screening only.
Urine Drug Screen. It is the policy of the hospital to screen for the use of illegal controlled substances by new hired/appointed physicians at the time of their pre-placement assessments. Illegal substances are listed in various Federal, State and local laws. These include but are not limited to marijuana, hashish, heroin, hallucinogens like PCP (angel’s dust), LSD and cocaine. Urine drug screen is done by the Occupational Health Center in accordance with the existing policy and procedures of the Human Resources Department.

Attend and actively participate in treatment as indicated in your case plan. Meet with your case manager a minimum of twice per month. Ongoing review and updating of reintegration case plan with goals accomplished and addition of new goals. Attend Men’s/Women’s Group weekly once you have completed treatment and/or as directed by staff. Men’s Group meets at the Screen Building at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Women’s Group meets at the Screen Building at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. 12-Step Program Attend a minimum of three (3) 12-step meetings per week AND attend Men’s or Women’s group. Continue recording on your card and journaling. Maintain at least weekly contact with your sponsor.
